1997 - Entering the market of furniture.
The “Naidy” Company began its activity with manufacturing of the wardrobes with sliding doors from the foreign-made complete units.
1998 - Foundation of the Company’s production facilities.
After crisis in 1998, the price for the foreign-made complete units became too high and hence their purchase became unprofitable. Those facts that the Company’s leaders understood the prospects of the business and at the same time there were no the furniture complete units at market serve as a spur to organize the Company’s own production department.
1999 - Organization of the profile bending production department and development of tools for fabrication mills.
Initially the orders for the profiled steel and the steel painting were placed with Pervouralsk and Kamensk-Uralsk in the Sverdlovsk region. The roller mechanisms manufacture was placed with the enterprises in Izhevsk. The Company met with the problem of controlling the engineering process and the product quality. The task was clear - to organize the production of all complete units in Izhevsk.
October 1999 – The Company’s own production of mirrors was established.
2000 – The work bay of assembling the roller mechanisms for sliding doors began to operate.
The line of polymer-powder painting was organized – the Russian high - quality and effective equipment of preparing the surface and its painting was installed and mastered.
2001 – Production of the polymer products on the up-to-date German thermoplastic automatic machines was started. Production of wire products from the steel wire was arranged. The “Naidy” Company with its wire baskets, shelves and frame was advantageously distinguished from other Manufacturers of the complete units for wardrobes with sliding doors.
The new semi-automatic production process of the glass mating with the help of the sand flowing, followed by the protective polymer coating was brought to a commercial level.
The increasing demand for the wood tints urged the Company to organize and master the production process of the profile decorating by means of the thermo-vacuum method.
2003 – Purchasing and successful servicing the modern, highly effective equipment for steel profiling. The modern equipment ensured high quality of the production and allowed to halve the labour-output ratio of the production process.
At the same time the Company together with its Spanish partners, produced and put into service the equipment of steel laminating - applying of the polymer film to the steel strip for its further profiling in the mill. The received profile was similar to the wood in texture and pattern. Undoubtedly it was a Company’s breakthrough, which made it possible to provide even higher quality of products from one hand and to gave a boost to demand from the other hand. The “Naidy” Company was the first one in Russia which learned the production process of applying the PVC decorative films on the rolled steel, making use of ecologically safe PUR adhesive.
This year was also marked by the Company’s investing of the considerable funds in the development of its own production facilities, consolidating the production area and storerooms on the one and the same territory (earlier the Company leased the production facilities from the enterprises of Izhevsk). As a result the Company reduced its operational and transportation expenses.
2004 – Introduction of the glass and mirror decoration technique, using sand blasting and polymer protection of the treated surface. Nowadays the Company offers a large range of the design pictures for glass and mirror, which are regularly renewed.
The Company constantly searches for new trends for expansion of the products range. Consequently the range of the products, offered by the Company, is steadily increased: new developments and products are appeared.
